Eating out is an adventure sport. I think that one can find great food almost anywhere, if you work at it. Other cultures and ethnic cuisines really float my boat and I also love hole-in-the-wall joints. I’m by no means a picky eater and will try most anything at least once. Lot’s of flavor and spice are a plus. In fact, it drives me nuts that Hank doesn’t like curry. It’s a real drag.

Hank

I’m the cliché meat & potatoes man. However I’ve begun to broaden my horizons and include some green things on my plate on occassion. There are three main aspects to the dining experience: 1) Cleanliness 2) Food 3) Service. Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me! If the health score is less than impressive...I’ll walk out...no joke! Actually, there’s a fourth aspect to dining as well.. 4) The X Factor. The X factor is the intangible that can right-side a dining experience in case the cleanliness, food and service don’t make the cut. I am loyal and I love discovering new restaurants but the place has to be clean!

Eddie

I'm always a fan of a great value. Although I certainly don't mind paying a little more if the food, atmosphere, or service is worth it. I usually stick to the typical lunchtime fare, but occasionally I'll find myself in the mood for something out of the ordinary.
